SHIPPING & RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your playbook must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unwritten in. If you would like to request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with "Product Return" in the subject line.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the playbook is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We know what it's like waiting for a package, so we try to get your Playbook out as soon as possible. Unless otherwise noted, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. After it does, you will receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive 1-8 business days (depending on your location) after they ship.
Thank you for making sure your shipping information is accurate. If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us ASAP, and if your package hasn't shipped, we’ll quickly make the correction. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item back and collected a new shipping fee. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.
We love shipping our Playbooks all around the world. Because of the costs associated with international shipping, all international orders are final sale. Many countries collect customs/duties for international purchases, so please review your country's international customs policies as we are unaware and are not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees.
